Wendy attended Everest College in 2012 and received her Medical Assistant Certification in 2013. She has ten years of experience working in both clinical and administrative roles. Wendy started working for House in August of 2022. As a Patient Care Coordinator, her primary role is facilitating the patients’ journey from initial contact to post-fitting care. Another of Wendy’s roles is to verify the patient’s hearing aid device coverage insurance and help them understand their insurance benefits and coverage limits.
