Connie has immense customer service experience as she has held several of such roles for over 10 years. She is excited to be part of the team at House because she enjoys working with audiologists and serving patients of diverse backgrounds. She finds that helping patients care for their hearing to gain their independence and confidence back gives her meaning and purpose. Interacting and building a personal bond with patients is truly Connie’s favorite part of the role. These relationships she builds with patients and colleagues makes House feel like a second home.
Hobbies
In her free time, Connie enjoys spending time with her family and taking her son and daughter on adventures. She also enjoys cooking and hiking.
