Rosemary spent over eight years as a hearing aid technician and patient care coordinator before becoming a licensed hearing instrument specialist in 2024. Over the course of her hearing health care career, she’s become highly skilled in audiometric testing, fitting and fine-tuning hearing aids, providing exceptional follow-up care and fostering strong patient-provider relationships.
