Dr. Lindsey Seong earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota and then went on to earn her Doctor of Audiology from Northwestern University. She completed her externship at House Ear Clinic and enjoyed the numerous experiences in diagnostics, hearing aids and cochlear implants that it provided her. She decided to stay at House Ear Clinic to continue to help the wonderful patients she worked with during her externship.
She grew up with a musical background and through her love of music, found her passion in audiology. She volunteered at a nursing home with her mother and sister in Minnesota where she grew up and was touched by one of the residents who showed up every time and enjoyed the music so much. He started to lose his hearing, and that’s when she decided that she wanted to pursue a career that would help people to hear the people and things that they love. She understands that hearing loss does not only affect the ears – it impacts multiple areas of the patient’s health and lifestyle. She enjoys collaborating with patients to find an appropriate treatment plan to address their needs.
